CONSIDER THIS, INC. IS A LOCAL COMMUNITY THEATER BASED IN RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TENNESSEE.
Consider This is an organization dedicated to spreading appreciation for the performing arts and providing the opportunity for local aspiring actors to audition and participate in a wide variety of dramas and comedies performed for local families and neighbors. We invite everyone to come to our performances and try out for acting or support positions for future productions.
Lots of exciting things are happening at Consider This! Shows, drama classes and special projects involve many people making the magic happen. Every year people volunteer their time and talents to keep Consider This Community Theater running. “To the kids living on Soggy Bottoms and Swans Terrace, Grandma Angela is just that crazy old lady that lives by the crossroads. To the audience, she’s a guardian angel, sent to keep the neighborhood from falling apart. Hill folk on Swans Terrace and lake folk on Soggy Bottoms don’t get along, see. Tensions reach a breaking point when the kids from both are forced to catch the same school bus at the bus stop in front of Grandma’s house. She must find a way to bring them all together… but her time is running out.”
